Terms of use

Last reviewed 2026-09-04.

Image Cutout is free to use, with no account, no watermark and no usage limit. By using it you accept the terms below.

Your images stay yours

You keep every right you already had in the photos you open and the cutouts you export. Because processing happens on your device, we never receive, store or claim any licence over them. You are responsible for having permission to use the images you open, and for how you use what you export.

Provided as is

The tool is provided without warranty of any kind. Segmentation is produced by a machine-learning model and will sometimes be wrong: edges on hair and fur are soft, and small or low-contrast objects can be missed. Check any result before you rely on it. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from use of the tool.

Acceptable use

Open-source components

The models and runtime are third-party open-source software used under their own licences: Segment Anything and SlimSAM under Apache-2.0, and onnxruntime-web under the MIT licence. Exact versions, file hashes and attribution are published at /models/NOTICE.txt and /models.txt. Those licences govern the components themselves.

Availability and changes

The tool may change or become unavailable at any time. Material changes are recorded, with dates, in the change log. Questions: gptsci.media@gmail.com.
